To avoid congestion at check-in, families should stagger their arrival times at camp based on the last name of their camper. Carpooling is welcomed and encouraged. If carpooling with campers with different last names, plan for the earliest available arrival time for a camper in your group. Arriving near the beginning of your check-in window will help make check-in run smoothly.

Follow the directions of our camp staff as they help you find a place to park and expedite the check-in process.
You’ll see your child’s cabin number or letter clearly marked on the welcome email you’ll receive the Friday before camp. If you need any help finding the cabin, just follow the signs or ask our camp staff. We’d love to help! Once your camper is checked in and settled in for the week, please make your way back to your vehicle to make room for those coming after you.

Camp officially ends Friday afternoon. You can pick up your child between 3:30 and 5 p.m. Before you head out, you’re welcome to visit the Camp Store, view a slide show presentation of the week’s activities, and play games in the Rec Room with your child.
If you want someone else to pick up your child, please contact us before Friday noon of the week your camper is attending. Let us know who your child will be riding home with, their relationship to your child, and the best phone number to reach them.
For your camper's security, those picking up your camper (including parents and legal guardians) must present a photo ID.
For no extra cost, your child can ride the bus to camp from one of our pickup locations. On the bus, assistants will supervise campers to ensure a safe, fun ride.
After registering and paying in full (including spending money), you can request a seat on the bus for your child. Since buses have limited seating, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. On Sunday, please arrive at the pickup location 25–30 minutes before the departure time in your confirmation email.
Campers going home by bus will be dropped off at the bus location on Friday. Your confirmation email will give the bus’s arrival time. Please arrive at the location 15–20 minutes early to make sure you’re there when the bus arrives.
If you would like to add or change your bus location for departure from camp, please contact us by 4:45 p.m. on the Wednesday of the week your camper is attending.
